How is this worked out?
Each room has a set time: 45 minutes for a kitchen, 30 for a bathroom, 20 for a living room and 15 for a bedroom or hall. Deep cleans take twice as long, end of tenancy two and a half times and after builders three times. Regular cleans that happen less often, and messier homes, take a bit longer too. The time is rounded up to the next quarter hour.
The price is that time at your hourly rate, plus £5 for travel and £3 for supplies, and never less than £40. What you earn an hour leaves out travel and supplies.
The price is the size times your price per m², and never less than £40. The usual range comes from what UK businesses charge per m² for the same work.
