The short version

QuoteLoop helps you price jobs and send quotes. You set your own prices and you’re responsible for the quotes you send. Your first 3 quotes are free; after that you need a subscription, which you can cancel at any time.

Who we are

QuoteLoop is made by Luminex Labs in the UK (“we”). By using the app you agree to these terms. Please read them with our privacy page.

Prices and quotes are a guide

The app works out a price from the rates you give it. Example prices and the fair price check are there to help, not to tell you what to charge. Check every quote before you send it. The agreement for the job is between you and your client, not us.

Distances and drive times in the app are estimates. Use Directions in your maps app for the live time.

Your information

Your account keeps your prices, quotes, diary and clients safe if you change phone. Keep your sign-in details private, and you’re responsible for what you store about your clients. Our privacy page explains what we keep and how to delete it.

Subscriptions

• Your first 3 quotes are free. Your diary and earnings stay open without a subscription.
• QuoteLoop costs £14.99 a month or £149 a year.
• The first 30 people to subscribe when the app launches pay £9.99 a month for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, the normal price applies.
• You pay through the App Store or Google Play, and your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
• If we change the price, we’ll tell you before it affects you.

Using QuoteLoop fairly

Please don’t use the app for anything unlawful, try to break or copy it, or use it to send messages people haven’t asked for. We may stop access for anyone who does.

Changes and problems

We’re always improving QuoteLoop, so features may change. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be free of mistakes or interruptions.

We’re not responsible for lost jobs, lost profit or other business losses from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits anything we can’t limit by law, and nothing affects your legal rights.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or on this page first.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
